How is Tip Surgery Performed?

Tipplasty is a surgery that can be performed under general or local anesthesia and usually takes 1-2 hours. It can be applied with open or closed technique:

Closed Tipplasty: Incisions are made inside the nostrils, since the stitches are inside, there is no external scar.

Open Tipplasty: A small incision is made along the skin line between the nostrils, allowing for more detailed intervention.
